Artwork Requirements:
Black and White camera ready artwork must be supplied for production. Any
necessary cleanup to the artwork will require a charge of $75.00 per
hour. Please submit artwork 4 to 6 times actual size. Black areas will be
raised and white areas will be incised.
Die Charges:
Die
Charges
will be assessed with all initial orders. Actual die charges can be determined
when final artwork is received. All dies will be maintained by Keystone
Mint for three (3) years.
Single level - 2 dimensional die: $375
per side on coins, key tags; large medallions are between $400 to $600
per side.
Multi-level 3 dimensional
effect: $375 per side, large medallions are between
$400 to $600 per side.
Sculpted
work with fine detail: $1,000 to $1,500 for sculpt plus
creation of die at $375 to $600 per side depending on coin size.
Artwork formats:
Art files can be sent in Adobe Illustrator 11.0, large images
with the best clarity give the most detail. Photographs may also be submitted
with art for three-dimensional modeling. Files can be sent on 3.5" floppy
disks, CD, CD-RW, DVD. Files may also be e-mailed to psmith@keystonemint.com or
mailed to Patti Smith, Keystone Mint, 850 Henderson Boulevard, Folcroft,
PA 19032.
Production Time:
Normal production
time ranges from 3-5 weeks from the time order is placed, and deposit
paid. Orders requiring special attention may take longer.
Sample coin provided for free before production run.
Shipping:
All orders which do not have a method of shipping
indicated on the purchase order, will be shipped by using the most economical
way. Drop shipping to a number of locations is
$10 per box or $10 total. All shipments are F.O.B. Folcroft, PA. Keystone Mint
is not responsible for lost or damaged goods due to the unfit handling of freight
by the recognized
carrier.
Large Quantities:
Please call our customer service staff
or fax your request for larger than listed quantity pricing.
Less than Minimum:
Programs
under listed quantities will always be welcomed, but may be
subject to press set-up charges.
Cancellations/Returns:
Orders canceled during
production will be invoiced for materials and any other costs accrued
by the mint to date. No returns will be accepted without authorization
from the mint.
Terms:
A 40% deposit is required on all orders. Net 30 days with credit approval.
Copyrights/Trademarks:
The Keystone
Mint assumes that the customer has been granted approval to
use all trademarks and official logos. The mint holds no responsibility for
any
legal
trademark
or copyright grievances.
